Oh yeah, maybe try renting a car from near a car-dealership or the airport? I have been able to rent a car, but it was while mine was at a dealership...

well the airport where my parents live is kinda small and will only rent cars to people over 25 =/ that's our problem =b next year we won't have one at all hehe
