After spending an hour reading about sleep disorders, it is time for more reading and waiting.  I started trying to sleep 4 hours ago, and it is getting really irritating.  Especially since I got up at 8am, and was barely able to stay away between noon and 2pm, and finally I'm ready for bed but my brain isn't ( Read more... )

I suggest you stop eating gluten and any refined sugars and see how you feel.

I do need to lay of the sugar at the very least. I don't know about this gluten business. I will read about it.
