So, I'm going on vacation this week, and I don't want to gain my weight back. Here are my goals for this week.
- Try not to exceed 20 pts every day
- Swim laps for 45 min. every day
- Jog/walk for 45 min. every day
- Write down everything I eat
- If I eat out, only have a salad w/ no dressing
