and yes... our world is what it is, and our mind's desire for this to be different is what causes us so much pain...
I said it once in the past that exact thing, ---> Our schools tell us what to think but never how... and the how is what causes us the pain...

the good fats (as you probably already know) are the ones found in vegetables and oily fish. Liquid oils from seed, olive, corn, sunflower... and from nuts, groundnut, walnut, hazelnut are all good. These oils can be turned into solids with the addition of hydrogen but then they become no better than eating butter, but hey, a little bit won't hurt us.
The oils found in oily fish, mackerel, tuna, sardines, trout, salmon, and the oil from flax seed. These are the sources of omega 3 and 6
