I weigh myself in the morning, most days. I haven’t really kept a good record of the weight lost but its been about 5 weeks with 13lbs lost
I started at 196lbs I have been 183lbs for a while now, and I aim for 168lbs so I’ve lowered my daily intake form 1500-1850 to 1200-1550 calories and I have new daily goals for carbs(197-284grams) fat(39-68grams) protein(60-153grams)

One of the biggest frugality tips for living raw vegan (getting there...) and getting *enough* calories is to eat many, many bananas. I'm averaging 5 per day lately. Because they're SO cheap, unlike berries and such. And the taste doesn't get old or cloying.

and nuts are good, but I'm not eating them again until I reach my weight lose goal as they are TO high in calories
