WOW! Yesterday was AWESOME! Not only did I establish a date with this hot chick, but I got promoted by Shawn yesterday! He gave me my first stripe, and I think I'm the first blue belt to get a stripe from him in the academy.

Last night was fucking awesome. This morning.... not so much.

I tweaked my left knee training today. I was sparring with this purple belt chick from Chicago. I was going for a foot lock from the bottom, but my inside (left) leg wasn't hooked in her knee. Basically my shin was along her belt and she was pressing into me to prevent the foot lock. I started to extend her with my leg and I heard my knee pop ( Read more... )
