V is for vision
My exam today went pretty much exactly as I expected.
My right eye is perfect. My left is slightly lower quality. Chances are, unless it gets worse, it will never be a significant impediment. Hell, it maybe that it was always like that, but I only now noticed it.
...the problem is, now that I've noticed it, it bugs the crap out of me.

Dammit, the landlord rented out the apartment he was "holding" for me because apparently I took a day too long to get the paperwork in (you know, because of Thanksgiving).
So now my move-in date isn't until the 8th or 9th.
Hooray for living with my parents for a week. -

Hunter was great last night, and for the last 10 months. Thank you very much to everyone who attended, even once, and made the game as awesome as it has been.
I hope the next several months are just as great.

Observations while moving
I hate moving with discarded boxes. I really always have. Such boxes usually fall apart, or require so much tape to hold together that I may as well use a shopping bag. I am all for conserving resources, but when it comes to moving, I would really much rather buy boxes from a local moving supply store and recycle them when I am finished ( Read more... )
