Home!!

After two big abdominal operations exactly four weeks apart, now home with nothing more scheduled for now at least!! Just got to go slow and build back strength and muscles.. I don't like slow but no option. The build back is going to be slower than after the first op... But all went well!

Thanks Tanya. Just what my nurse said. Keep moving but be careful. You have had two major operations. Go slow. So that's my aim go forward carefully!

Wise girl! I was pleased when the surgeon told me that I had less fat in my abdomen than anyone he'd seen in 30 years of operating!
