I love my parents. In general, I feel very close to my family indeed. I do want to publicly state that hollsterhambone is the packing queen and saved my life last weekend as I was desperately underprepared to leave town. This woman whipped everything into shape and into my car, as I stood there and felt overwhelmed. She rocks in ways that I cannot articulate.

I have been in LA for almost a week now, and have much more to expound upon in terms of my adjustments to it, but I have only just now finished catching up on everyone else's journals and am too tired to write. Party at my [empty] house on Saturday night. Festivities begin at about 8-ish. The presence of a piñata stuffed by siyeh and hollsterhambone has been rumored. Tonight I will resurrect an old favorite: the ALL-NIGHTER. I will be packing up my house all night tonight as I have been unable to do it so far, and the UHaul is reserved for tomorrow afternoon.
