i agree with you on the test deal. as soon as they are over there's a huge amount of stress lifted. i'd rather just get them over with and be able to breathe again. and i'm with bret on the pessimism. i think that affirmations sometimes work. one day i wrote "today is going to be an excellent day" on my mirror and i believed in it so much that my didn't suck. possibility?

yeah, it just seems like anything financially significant has gone wrong.

plus it looked as though i would be spending my 21st birthday and my spring break without my closest friends, but as of now i think i've fixed the situations.

i'll work on that though.

-Optomist with pessimistic tendencies. Aye-candy.
-But morpheus also had that line by not showing Neo the door. Oh wait, that story is a parallel?
-Denile is the greatest tool used by people everyday, deny the bad, or just forgettabout it. Who says all denile is bad anyways? Pessimists.
-Maybe optomists view the whole picture as a bunch of small ones, and pessimists view it as one big. If one thing goes wrong, who has the worst day?
-Reference is a frame of mind, and to reference you need to view that frame of mind from a perspective, yours. Alter your own perspective to get the reference you want. (Like what Erica said above.)
-Truly believe that you are happy and you will be. If you truly believe that this is a bullshit optomistic quote, then I guess it is. Based on your perception.

If I happen to see you on your birthday or one of the days following, I'd be glad to hand you an assisting hand in the area of Mute Math.

Oh and in case you read this before I have chance to call, Happy 21st!
