This weekend, I made a surprise trip up to Lake Linden for some much needed R&R.  I was supposed to work, but on Saturday I took off and Tom said I could have Sunday off too.  I shoved Rocky, my mountain bike, and all my clothes into my little Cavalier and headed north for some waterskiing, biking, and lounging.  Unfortunately, wasn't very good ( Read more... )

alive....exhausted...pics to follow....

off to the land of blarney, guiness, and whatnot....but first 20 hours of xanex filled travel...

i bonked on a 40 mile ride that averaged 17.5 mph....I'm pathetic...:(

Now I need to pack, but my head hurts and i just want to lay down forever...

So my friends have opened a Market in town...and I work there...it is such a cush job...I'll have to write about it more one of these days...here are some pics to satisfy you in the meantime....We're on Washington St....

Sooo...my life lately has been student teaching- in a nutshell. I wish I would write about it in here, but in my room especially, confidentiality is KEY. I have been in a functional skills room at Bothwell. I have the 5 lowest function kids at the middle school on my caseload and every day is a new challenge.
