Donations made to H Porter and Sons for Katy raised over £950 of which over £850 has gone to the Leukaemia Research Fund whilst other people had stated a preference for the Dogs Trust where over £100 has gone. Thank you to everyone who came to the funeral yesterday, I guess it was a nice day in many ways, even though at one point I didn't want to go and was in a real state at about 2pm! I was glad so many people came, it was lovely to meet people I've not before and to see others I don't see very often. I just wish it wasn't in such sad circumstances. I ( Read more... )

I just wanted to let you know that Katy slipped away at 11:35am this morning with us all there. It was very peaceful. I'll write more over the next few days but I'm totally gutted.
