We had friends over for Easter dinner again this year and it was excellent fun, at least from my perspective. It wasn't very fancy, but fortunately our friends don't seem to mind eating out of mini-casserole dishes with plastic folks (we ran out of proper bowls and silverware) while squashed around borrowed card tables. I was pretty confident

Wish you could have been there! Though I suppose that traveling to a whole new time zone is a little extreme just for dinner.
