The never ending pasta bowl...

Seriously. I cooked up too much pasta and sauce last night and had to save the leftovers. Now I've served myself two meals from the leftovers and the tupperware still looks full to the brim. If this trend continues it will be good for my budget but bad for my sanity.

Also, I thought of you today, because it was snowing like CRAZY in your neighborhood (near UNM, where I work) 1 hour ago. Now it is sunny :)
