I took my new kayak down to the salmon river today. Spent most of the early afternoon in the eddy by cat's paw (a surf wave) getting the outfitting comfortable. I finally ran the library drop from top to bottom on the mountainboard (WSU people will know what I'm talking about, the line behind holland library that follows the stairs down the hill in front of smith gym).
