6" turkey sub (~350)
cheese pizza (~a billion calories)

only did 1.5 mi this morning because my stupid knee hurt.
pizza is coming to the house (my aunt just haaaad to order it, and I know i'm going to have to eat. Maybe I can get away with eating the other half of my sub instead.

So I did 2.5 miles yesterday, and 1.5 today (my knee started hurting). I'm just walking, because with this stupid chest cold its pretty much all I can do. Hoping to boost it up to 5 miles a day (not including all the walking I have to do anyways). Had about 1/2 of a small popcorn chicken salad w/ italian dressing last night. Because of the fact that I'm at home and on a slow 56k modem, my Internet wouldn't load our timekeeping system for work. Therefore I couldn't approve my December timecard, and therefore I don't get paid this month. I don't know what I'm going to do. My mum is a really great cook... And as much as I love/hate to say this, the Pudge (my dog) is eating very well lately.

1/4 a cup of vanilla ice cream, 3 cough drops, and 3 pieces of gum counts as a day's worth of food don't they?

So I got myself the Biggest Loser Workout Vol. 1 DVD today after walking to KMart. Tonight I did the first workout. You're supposed to alternate between two lower-intensity workouts for the first 3 weeks, and then 2 higher intensity ones for the 2nd two weeks. Well, I found out just how bad off I really am.
