I was a little distracted at work today, it being twilight release night and all.   Someone called today and i answered the phone.  The normal FYE protocol for answering the phone is: "Thank you for calling fye how may i help you."  Unless its my boss's boss, then its "Thank you for calling fye where you can save 10% with our backstage pass this is
