drat! I had the radish leaves in a vase during the potluck, just for fun...and then I composted them... there are a few more to pull up yet, but just a few...I'll have to try this saute business.
zucchini (of course), yellow summer squash, carrots, small white onions, tomatoes (added at the end)
firm tofu cut in cubes marinated in vegan worcestershire sauce, minced fresh garlic, minced onion
veggies and tofu cooked in separate skillets with olive oil, until tender-crisp and golden brown respectively, mixed before serving over basmati rice, sprinkled with a little salt.
