so i found my 80's-retro star shirt in the back of my closet.
&i totally rocked it with a cardigan today.
four bottles of H2O today,
and i totally went to the gym!11!!1
i'm going to be skinny soon, damnit.
new layout. it's somewhat effed up, but i tried.

I feel so much healthier now that I drink copious amounts of water and have cut back on soda.

But, yeah, you should try to avoid excessive workouts (not that you are working out too much, but for the future, make sure you're only doing about 5 hours a week) I wouldn't want you to be creepily muscular or anything. That's way too manly for a pretty girl like you :)
I'm doing kickboxing, which has made me lose a lot of fat ( i still weigh the same, but I can't pinch and inch) and gain a lot of muscle. I don't think you really even NEED to work out though, considering you're already so damn skinny....

i don't do very many weights and such, i don't want to be hugely musuclar...i mostly do things like the treadmill, stationary bike, etc. right now i'm at about 5 and a half hours of ballet and 4 hours at the gym per week. trying to keep things in moderation, :D
kickboxing sounds like a good idea, i was thinking of doing something like that later in the year when i have more time.
