Shane's been acting weird lately because apparently he gets restless in the fall. We've never spent a fall together, so I wasn't aware that usually the way he deals with it is by moving somewhere new. Now I'm, like, worried that he'll skip town or whatever

Solomon and I are in the middle of what is very likely a break up. Breakin' up is hard to do, but I think that in some ways, staying together and building a great relationship is harder and takes more work (it's just spread out differently)

That's what I was thinking. =) We're hopefully visiting Seattle/Portland/Vancouver for Christmas - I'm super super looking forward to that.
