Just FYI, Harvey's not Two-Face in Dick's canon yet. HOWEVER, Harvey is Bruce Wayne's BFF and looks completely different.

His screwed up half is blue, right? I watched the show as a kid but I can't remember any of it. I'm still pretty sure I still have the animated series McDonald's toys that came in my Happy Meal somewhere in my garage.
