Poetry Fishbowl Report for November 8, 2016

Nov 30, 2016 10:35

This month's theme was "families of choice."  I worked from 12:30 PM to 6:30 AM, so about 16 hours allowing for breaks.  I wrote 7 poems on Tuesday, another 14 later on, plus 1 short story.

Participation was very enthusiastic, with 31 comments on LiveJournal and another 79 on Dreamwidth.  Please welcome new prompter Daisiesrockalot.

Buy some poetry!
If you plan to sponsor some poetry but haven't made up your mind yet, see the  unsold poetry list for November 8, 2016. That includes the title, length, price, and the original thumbnail description for the poems still available.

Currently sponsored poems from this session have all been posted.  There were 6 donors this time: ng_moonmoth, DW user Alatefeline, thnidu, lone_cat, Anthony & Shirley Barrette.

The Poetry Fishbowl made its $200 goal, so "Composing a Movement" is the free epic.  We also made the $250 goal, so that's a second tally toward a bonus session.

The Poetry Fishbowl project also has a permanent landing page.
