It was hard because I wanted to write a lot more about the fight with the mutants but I could only write what Ryo was seeing so...

Yeah. The hint was in the last chapter I repeated the fact that they absorb the energy from things around them and are able to recreate it. He heard the voices and thoughts of the mutants who were watching him, so it was a hint that he'll be able to read minds and continue to hear those voices even when the people aren't speaking. And the chapter was called Voices as well :)

oh... and about Shige's power... I wouldn't think in other power more apropriate to Shige... Afterall, the mind-control is related to their hystory, right? even if it is a bad memory... huhu... I can already imagine Shige using his power only to piss Ryo a bit. haha. it would be funny and sure a pleasurable new hobby. XD

It was originally almost 6000 words but I cut some out to put in part 2. :3 It's a long chapter. And no, they didn't encounter him in 7 Prices of Greed because he wasn't one of the ones they had to fight. He was one of the ones they saved, but was never mentioned.

Mm..Shiku still exists. The story is named after her, after all. :)

It's an interesting connection because if these events really happened in the past like they did here, Shige would have been the one controlling Ryo and would have been killed. That would be funny, though. :P

I knew you'd pick up on that. I don't want to spoil it, but part two will be Koyapi and will take place after they leave XMA. Koyama has to heal Yamapi, after all. Basically, something happened the night before they left for the past. Things weren't 100% solved anyway since there is still the issue of Pi's family.

I'll try to begin it very soon. :) I have the idea, just need to write it. :D

i didn't understand why they can't go back to real time. Shige's already a mutant, right? so... why they can't get back yet? because he hasn't got how to control his power?

Oh shit!! Of all the powers to have ... mind control.

It would be useful when they have to face Shiku but it sucks when you have no idea how to control it.

I hope Shige doesn't go insane before he learns to control his power.

Yeah. He got the power of the one mutant Ryo couldn't stand. :3

If Ryo has this much of an effect on Shige, I can't even imagine what Shiku would do to him. Though it hasn't really been obvious, the two of them have quite a bit of power.

He was close to going insane already. x_X
