Anyone have a good way to fall asleep?

I've been falling asleep around 4-6am and waking up around 11-3pm (w00t for sleeping), but I desperately need to shift that forward about 5 hours. Reading doesn't help because that won't kick in until 4am.

I know there's a lot of crap out there about Texas, particularly with the Bushes bringing Texas down with their mess, but Texas is more than a bunch of pigheaded conservatives with sticks up their rears.

With the deluge of all the negative things in or from Texas, I thought it'd be nice to bring up some of the nice things about Texas.
