Profile on Paper

Does anybody have resume experience that can help me? I'm writing a couple new ones but I need some feedback.
Especially wording the cover letter that sneakily states I only want to work weekdays 9-5 without being so blatant.
Right now I'm trying to quantify skills as they pertain to baker and entry level office work *ugh*

my e-mail is (theamaranth@aol.com). I'm pretty good with bulking up resumes and making them sound nice and professional without lying. :)

how about something like "Applicant seeks employment during traditional business hours"... if they don't get it, they can always ask.

but if you wanna send over your resume and let me have a peek at it (you can hide any personal info of course) i'll see what i can do.

I wouldn't even mention it in the cover letter. That's something to negotiate during the interview.

I'd talk to our favourite J-lady. But that's just me.

Ian used to work in Human Resources and at a couple of Employment Agencies. His resume writing/editing is second to none. Pop off what you have to us, he'll be glad to give it a gander.
