As a poor college student I had to get used to eating pasta. A lot a lot of pasta. In fact, in one week not so long ago, I had pasta for 4 dinners.
It's delicious and everything, but you can get tired of it...

The high-pitched ringing in my ear
The consequence of standing front row at a concert.
I thought it wasn't that bad, until I got home where it's quiet and the ringing is all I can hear. Just in the left ear too. :O
ANYway! I just went to the (holy crap, FREEE??) Forever the Sickest Kids concert with Kelly :) It was way more exciting than Ra Ra Riot's, but I enjoyed their music more. ( Read more... ) -
I'm probably going to be poor for a while
Seniors... kinda get screwed in terms of jobs. They don't yet have degrees obviously, so they can't get any jobs that look for a minimum of a Bachelor's. But jobs in and around school look at you and see you're going to be leaving within a year and therefore don't want to hire you. Is sleep deprevation (restriction??) taking its toll now? Every day it's a struggle to keep my eyes open, even after a night of decent sleep (or maybe this is the sign that I'm much more dependent on my glasses). Uh oh. Crap. I'll look "tired" for the rest of my life ( Read more... )
