we listened to a lot of christmas carols in the room the week before we left. my room mates thought it was really cool that i was so into the songs, what with me being jewish and all. i've never really thought of it. i guess it was always just decemeber and carols came with the territory. there aren't really chanukah carols. sure i have the tape

i went to an open mic might here and a nice good-looking jewish acustic guitar playing boy wrote a really amazing semi emo song about being jewish on christmas.

i wish i remembered how it went.
