Couch to 5K

A couple of years ago, Jason found this Couch-to-5K (C25K) Running Plan. We tried it for a few days and quickly gave up. I never considered myself a runner but that race really motivated me to become one, so I am trying this again now that I am serious about being fit. Hi, I read your post on the couch 2 5k group. I am new to the treadmill (LOL, I have to refer to it as that because I am not good enough to consider myself a runner). I am doing a 5k next weekend in Disneyland and I pray I can complete it in the 45 minutes required. Anyway. You mentioned the website that allows you to track your progress and compare to your friends, etc. I want to join but of course I need an invitation.
