Since working fast food ive always given management an extra min or two from the norm to get the food out. Its tough, practically thankless job sometimes.

Being that I own an espresso machine and often make myself a macchiato in the mornings, I greatly appreciate the speed and efficiency with which a barista in a coffee shop can make me delicious caffeine. :D

Making coffee can be an art and requires a little TLC if you want it to be good. If people think you're just pressing a button to fill a cup and they just want something caffeinated, fast, they can go to McDonald's and enjoy having their palette insulted.

I'm glad you got some props!

I always try to be nice to people in service industries. I don't get the mindset of entitlement and RUSHRUSHRUSH. We're all on this ball of mud together!
