Dear product manufacturers, when you make packages of things like say animal crackers or chips that appear to be single serving packages..."appear" being the key word here, could you please actually just put one serving in there? I was thinking yesterday while I washed the dishes about words. Specifically about words that were said to me years ago that I still hold onto when I need a bit of a pick me up. So Kara has two quarters to rub together and they have been burning a hole in her pocket. For weeks she has been asking me if we could go to the mall to play the crane machine. If I had unlimited funds I would have a closet full of dresses from Modcloth.com. Even though I don't really wear dresses that often. I'm more of a jeans and tshirt kind of girl. But I love their clothing.. it's so pretty and many pieces have such a retro feel to them. That's all I've got to mention today. -
Snowday
I know there are lots of people who just love snow. I am not one of them. All snow does for me is make me feel trapped and clausterphobic. My mood drops with each flake that falls. The sucky day and the not so sucky day
Just for my memory Saturday was awful. It started out just fine. Fixed a healthy breakfast, went to the Y to work out and then got stranded there. Because somewhere between the car and the place I put my coat I lost my keys. Then it started snowing. Then they closed the Y down early and I still couldn't find my keys.
