Schools let out early today because of the bad weather...
THAT HASN'T STARTED YET!
Wonder if they are scared the kids are going to fall on the dry sidewalks! OH, maybe they are worried about the busses sliding on the salt that was put on the roads in preparation of the storm. -

Ok, I finished the semester much better than I thought I would:
Spanish - C - which I knew I was getting and I am ok with that cause I did my best
Sex/Gender/Culture - B+ - wow, shocker, my papers and presentations were all high A's but my tests were not higher than a C
Juvenile Delinquency - B - again, had over 100% on papers but tests not ( Read more... ) -

Lets see, I managed to get on a really screwy sleeping schedule - sleep in, stay up late. So, with the bad weather yesterday and through the night, the phone rings at 5:30 am, I go to answer it and K says let the machine get it. Do you ever wonder why we let people with political science, economics, accounting, and business degrees decide the definition of a male and a definition of a female? Why don't people with social science degrees determine these definitions? If the correct knowledgable people who actually study this topic make these definition, wouldn't that end ( Read more... )
