I never liked Katy Perry particularly before M came along, and HE doesn't like her. But now I do. Because he's broken my brain, must be.

His songs didn't cheer me up - they made me ok with feeling sad. And they said important things.
I try not to get too maudlin about the death of any person I didn't know. Leonard Cohen would ask everyone not to be all sentimental.
