So for breakfast today I had a western omelette bagel (two eggs, two slices of cheese), a huge salad bowl (about two cups of mesculin salad mix, kidney beans, chickpeas, tofu, feta cheese, baby corn, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, red onions, carrots, raspberry vinaigrette), two cups of milk, a coffee, and about a cup of tomato/spinach-beef soup
