Right. I can't say that today was all that inspiring. I didn't see anything spectacular, or witness any miracles. I didn't go beyond my campus, or even take any major risks today. I would that that day could be mine. Then again, I'm glad for my own days, and if I had to give any one of them up, I would find myself sorely lacking. Is it possible to miss something that never was? To feel nostalgia for false memories? Yes, and I do. I sometimes amaze myself, knowing the things I do, because I forget I know them. May life always surprise me.

Are they truly false memories, if you feel nostalgia for them? Do you think it possible that we can feel things that are not within us? Oh, of course, somewhere inside of us, like in every tree is a memory of the trees that came before it, and like us, we know that there is something greater than us, for our flesh is not our own, even is we possess it, for we have been given that flesh by two, four, a hundred, a thousand, perhaps even a million other people, and we are part of all of them.
