Weights 10 lbs for first half, 15 for second half (finished up with 10 again cause I was dying)
Stationary bike 5.5miles
Elliptical .75 miles (omg I almost died. apparently NOT the machine for me!)
Treadmill 1 mile (best I could do after the rest)

and the plan is to be back again tomorrow for more.
