Empathy, limited telepathy, psionic abilities and godmod-ish levels of computer knowledge are all on the list of Shiroe's Special Abilities, and three out of four of those things could significantly impact how he acts around your character. So it would be nice to know if you wouldn't mind him making inquiries, or if you'd like him to gtfo already (

AHAHAHA THIS IS SO LATE BUT I HAD TO REPLY

Telepathy: Seth has the psychic sensitivity of a bowling pin; that is, when she's feeling stable. Should he ever encounter her when she's pissed---or even worse, in her Crusnik form---good lord, the floodgates will open. This is A-OK.
Empathy: This is fine as well. Again, Seth is very enigmatic, so trying to read her emotions would be Difficulty Level: Hard for him. Still, it'll be much easier for him to detect her emotions when she's pissed/Crusnik. But not like he'd EVER want to encounter her in either one of those states.
Hacking: Fine, mainly for lulz. Seth is pretty good with technology, considering her world is like CENTURIES INTO THE ALTERNATE FUTURE and highly technologically advanced. Still, with Shiroe being Shiroe, he'd be able to hack into even her most complex encryptions with relative ease.

Telepathy: For Yosuke, there is no barrier. For Agni, there is no barriers either. For Yaha, there isn't a barrier, but there is a WHOLE SHIT TON OF CRAZY. *laughs*
Empathy: Fine to read. All are very emotional. Yaha's emotions are always the reverse of what he is showing, though, because haha, can't feel happiness or any sense of happiness.
Hacking: Agni might be difficult 'cause Shiroe taught him(?). Yosuke is pretty fail. Yaha's learned from the police so he's moderate. But otherwise, go ahead.

Telepathy: Very easy to hack. D:
Empathy: Very easy to read, if you can identify basic emotional patterns in wolves/dogs/animals in general.
Hacking: Yes!

For Mordecai--
Telepathy: Most likely hit a mental wall as he's mentally resistant, but has no formal training against such things.
Empathy: Mordy, when he's not showing displays of annoyance or anger, is actually hard to read for the average person, but Shiroe might be able to see that clearly.
Hacking: Yes!

For Fang--
Telepathy: Okay!
Empathy: Fine to read!
Hacking: Go for it!

Telepathy: Yazoo - He'd hit a mental wall most def, or if he was really good he'd find Yazoo was only a third of one mind. Integra - she's about 50% readable.
Empathy: Integra yes, Yazoo will be significantly hard because he is very emotionally stunted.
Hacking: Both of them can't lock very well. 8D

Telepathy: It's okay! Of course, Claude is probably pretty guarded once you're digging below his devoted butler persona. So no, Shiroe shouldn't be able to hear his skeevy thoughts about murdering/consuming little children.
Empathy: However, Shiroe will probably get a decent grasp on Claude's emotions. Lots and lots of hunger, first of all. Just constant starvation. IT GETS WEIRDER, THOUGH. Due to failsafes in place to prevent Claude from destroying Ciel and Alois' lives, he'll... uh, be kind of bipolar. Sometimes he'll be angry and depressed, sometimes he'll be happy and contented. It'll be really strange. There will also be stretches of pure nothing aside from that hunger. He will be all over the board emotionally with different strength levels based on his current circumstances. Basically, if you need an emotional reading of Claude at any specific point, please let me know. (If you're curious, mind-altering nirvana has infected his mind and will flare up/die down like a disease.)
