It really doesn't look anything like her. It's too non-ethereal. But it's got to be. I mean, it could be her with tons and tons of makeup. It looks more like her than Inara though and it totally cannot be Kaylee.

Yeah, watching the movie again last night, there was a shot where it looked almost like the cover picture, but not quite. Its got too much of that sultry whore bitch evil thing look to it, though, to be a regular River shot.
