i like kat-tun because of jin, also. the negative feelings people have about jin leaving are just the result of them both hating jin and being afraid that jin's fans will stop being kat-tun fans. as a jin fan, i really don't give a **** about those feelings, although i think i probably will still be interested in kat-tun given that i've just started to appreciate ueda's music talents.
