i went to the beach, and stood in the rain while watching the thunderstorm slowly recede to the east. there were two ducks watching it with me, and they were totally invisible except for when lightning struck. it was all pretty magnificent.
usually, i don’t share grades, but when you’re legitimately expecting a D, a B- is like heaven on earth. i expect at least one handshake in my near future.

i can’t even begin to comprehend how small of a world it is after the last few days of chance encounters and the seemingly ever-shrinking/multiplying social circles in which i find myself.
i really should be studying. hoorah for biochem. (and orgo, but that’s more of a huzzah than a hoorah).
i don’t remember who i was talking to today about this, but it just hit me that i’ve had a really great month. of course it also hit me that sometime soon, something bad would happen
