It's a hard winter, and we're only just beginning February.  We've all  just about reached our breaking points in the office. Ugh. Unholy headache of doom. For the second time this year, I was able to enjoy sitting at home on my ass during a nasty snow storm. Normally, I'd be required to drag my ass into work on a day like today, because the phones would be crazy and people still need heat, even in snow storms. I was going to do the obligatory end of the year post, but realized it was just too much work. Basically, 2010 wasn't the greatest. I started off the year with medical issues that were somewhat scary (and rather expensive).
