does anyone know why my itunes library would suddenly be empty? what the hell?

i still have the music files...but i had only 2000 songs on my itunes and now when i open it it doesn't show any of it being imported...i'm so confused!

do you mean on your ipod or just on itunes? Sometimes if you change the playlists on your itunes and then go to update your ipod it will mess things up.

my itunes was completely empty when i opened it the other day. no songs what so ever.
