For the past couple months Ana's family has been planing to send her to Kansas City. Just last Friday they took her to the Little Rock airport and I tagged along. Dad and I went to Stadium Auto-body last Friday and had a look at Rudy in broad daylight and it's not any better than I hoped. Dad took some pictures for reference and it seems the frame looked like it was bent pretty badly and strongly possible it may be beyond reasonable repair. Marching season's over. We took 1st in Pocahantis, 2nd in Dyersburg, 6th in our division at Bands of America (which doesn't sound like much, but for us it's preaty good), and 1st in Arkansas Open for the 9th time by 1.7 points. Tomorrow' the first marching contest in Pocahontas. We always win, it's mostly a moral boost for the sophomores. We're the only 5A band that goes, and some times we get knocked down a grade just so we can compete (if you call that competing). Mom can't go though because her palpitations are draining her. I had a bad few days recently. I came down with some kind of bug on our first snow-day and felt drained all day. All I had to eat for two damn days were two biscets and bit of jell-o. I finaly got something to eat and I'm feeling better. Best of all had the energy to get my ass out of bed.

I stayed home today for some tough sinus problems, and I watched a G4 Special Report on "Violence in Video Games." They spoke with a victim of the Columbine massacre, showed scenes from the Westside shooting, and other examples of violence believed to be related to video games. It made me think.
