You haven't seen the Bible comics or the Shakespeare ones? Because, sweet wounded Jeebus, there's a lot of people out there who are pumping out these comical (all puns intended) Cliffs Notes as fast as they can.

I vaguely remember seeing tv ads for classic literature in comic book form when I was younger... I think Moby Dick was what they used in the ad...

The thing I can't stand is the drawing style, really... It seems so dark. I don't know. (And, in this specific case, whoever was drawing seems to have had minimal interest in historic clothing accuracy...)
