I need to go on a starvation diet. my stomach is now officially entering a stage where I could reasonably describe it as bulging and/or pendulous. I've been bitching about gaining weight and totally just ate most of a papa johns pizza. If only food weren't so goddamned delicious.

A starvation diet will tell your body to go into hoarding mode, since it'll think there's not going to be enough food. You'll lose weight, but you'll be losing a good chunk of muscle, and your body will hoard the fat that's already there.

I have found that eating well takes more preparation and money. I have been short on both time and funds this summer, so that may be affecting it.
Thanks for the encouragement. I need to get my bike fixed, make a set schedule for going to the gym immediately after work, and plan my food out on Sundays.
