This was seriously enjoyable. The tone kept it firmly in its own slangy hip genre and for some reason that made the piece safe and reliable in the midst of so much tooth and blood and mayhem.

Wow. This is really fantastic.

I want to touch the world again. It needs to bleed.
This is so wonderfully disturbing. It gives us an immediate sense of the wofl's nature early one, just as the flat affect of the narrator tells us why danger or demon is still better than the dull, lifeless, ordinary.

I loved the narrator and wolf's tone, and how (very organically) dark this got at the end.
