Well we arrived back from Kentucky. All was good... the weather was great. 70F for 2 days. Then cold and clear when we were coming back. Lots of food and family. We stayed in a really nice Holiday Inn for the duration. Clean, comfortable and with a great buffet breakfast. All was good. I got to fire off an AK47. now, that was coooool. I ( Read more... )

yeah well.. i screwed it up when i was sick.....
and didn't even get a chance to email you with it before submitting. I planned on showing it off when I got the rejection (which i was pretty certain was going to come). In fact, I was so sure about getting a PFO I forgot about it. (well... i was expecting the PFO would arrive in weeks. not an acceptance in 20 days. nope. not expecting that at all. I really figured when I get it back then I would pester you to read it and tell me all the flaws. But since it was already sent out.. why fling more at you? :D

I'll have to send you a copy or .. poke you into buying it. ;)

i thought you weren't around today? something about the snot clogging up your keyboard and the chance to infect total strangers with your cold?

I snuck out of the meeting into the IT room for a few minutes to check email. Now I'm back in the office before heading over to the cocktail party I had to organize for our editorial group. Mini quesadillas - YAY! Also, the chance to infect an entire bar with my snot-virus - DOUBLE YAY!

Anyway - yes, please email me a copy, I'm dying to read it. And yes, I'll buy a copy too. :D
