Driving home that night reminded me of the night my father told me that I might have a fatal disease. He just took one look at my face and said..."yup, looks like you may have the symptoms". Who needs drugs to compulsively munch on food, stay up odd hours of the night, play games until...whenever, think deeply then think deeper, do something stupid, and of course laugh at everything. I guess my personality is a constant high. Me harmless?

I need a late night emotional release that is equivalent to screaming until my throat becomes hoarse, that doesn't have the side effect of waking everybody up or looking completely stupid. Any suggestions?
