something brought this anonymous comment to my attention again. whoever you are, maybe email doesn't work. maybe you prefer a potential audience. i'm willing to be vulnerable, so i hope you are too.
How you been? This is me Eric. Remember me? I'm not the wizard or whatever you're calling him/her. Look, I'm producing a youth program for this one Christian TV station and I need some original music. Did you stick to your music? Do you think you could help me out? So like, if you're not too busy, gimmie a call or something (562) 244-2505. Yeah, well. If you can get back to me soon that would be great.
actually my memory was recently wiped in a freak lab accident. you're not the giant monkey, Eric, are you? because i have a strong inclination that monkey is out to get me.
i might be interested in doing some original music for your show. drop me an email with the details, what you need, what the show is, what sort of sound you're looking for, and what sort of commitment is expected.
who's to blame?molemeatApril 10 2004, 00:05:27 UTC
"I have been on both sides. I have let friends fall where I may have borne them; and I have fallen where others might have borne me. In neither do I cast any blame... it is not mine to say when and whether greater good has been wrought in evil's stead. In all my choices I have attempted to remain truest to my nature, as well as I could [or could not] understand it."
I don't know you, nor am I your anonymous commenter, but since you are looking for unlooked-for counsel, I make bold to put you this question:
Is culpability merely a factor of the final outworkings of action? That is, are you to blame if and only if the chain of effects of your action has reached its conclusion and more evil has come of it in the final accounting than good, so that the reality of guilt is something that waits to be crystallized in the future, indeed, at the end of times?
I don't have you email addy so I'm just posting again. um...well, we're doing a parody of classic "Twilight Zone" so I guess I could really use a parody if classic "Twilight Zone Theme" and also we're doing a "silent film" style piece. So I guess some player piano/honky tonk sounding music. And since it's supposed to take place in ancient egypt, it would be cool if some motifs from pop songs that talk about Egypt or have Egypt in the title. Like "walk like an egyptian" or the b-boy classic "egypt" Or that one tune about the naked french dancing ladies.
