I WILL include: h20 of course diet soda 1 propel fitness water per day (20 cals) which is sad but i need my vitamins coffee [FUCK i'm out of splenda!!] smokes
today was not so successful. and tomorrow I am going to be forced to eat frozen yogurt. so i guess my plan will be a tiny bit of fro yo and a lunch not over 200 calories

so on 4th of july I had this "great" idea to be drunk all day. I pretty much was....well tipsy at least...and consumed like 1100 calories in beer alone. I don't know WHAT I was thinking...kind of like a beer binge I guess.
on the plus side, I only ate a veggie dog and pickles.
