Body Condition: I feel weaker than usual.  More muscle-tired when going up stairs and such.
Mental Condition: I feel pretty good.  A little grouchy.

Body Condition: I feel great.  Though I woke up at about 3AM with some stomach acid irritation.  I drank some water and it subsided.

So, I am doing a juice fast.  I thought it would be fun to track my progress here, because journals are good at that.  So, today I did have breakfast because a good friend of mine was leaving town for a little while.  So it is not a full fast day.  Still, you have to start somewhere.

I have recently had the displeasure of bad shipping of vinyl from england.  The records themselves are ok, but the slipcases are damaged.  And the packaging methods are inferior to those of other mailorder places that I buy records from.
